Julia Stiles Is ‘Grateful’ for Fame But Admits ‘It Can Be a Little Scary’
Julia Stiles explained to Us that despite the ‘scary’ aspects of fame, it’s helped her achieve her goals behind the camera
“Right now, I try to look at it as something that I’m grateful for because it allows me a lot of opportunities,” Stiles, 43, exclusively told Us Weekly on the red carpet at the Gotham Awards on Monday, December 2. The romantic drama is based on the bestselling book by Renee Carlino and follows the story of Charlotte, a woman who, while searching for a spark, spends a whirlwind night of romance with a stranger. Isabelle Fuhrman, Mena Massoud, Gabby Kono, JimmieFails, Kelsey Grammer and Jennifer Grey also star, with Stiles also serving as cowriter.
