According to the lawsuit obtained by Rolling Stone, John Doe's duties allegedly included mitigating West's risks and preventing bad press, involving investigations and managing nondisclosure agreements (NDAs). The lawsuit claims: '[Doe] experienced panic attacks, anxiety, and severe emotional distress, which caused him to seek medical treatment and was placed in a facility to address his declining mental health.'
