Judge reveals tragic detail about Liam Payne's final hours as star was left 'unable to stand'
Liam Payne was demanding drugs and alcohol in his final hours before falling to his death from his hotel balcony - and should have been held in safety, according to a judge
The beloved singer met a tragic end on 16 October when he fell from the third-floor balcony of his room at the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Regarding the hotel staff charged with manslaughter, Judge Bruniard remarked: "I consider that they didn’t act maliciously with regards to the singer’s death but they were reckless in facilitating his transfer to his room by taking him there. " Judge Bruniard further mentioned that Liam’s "altered" state of consciousness and the presence of a balcony in his hotel room meant that the "proper thing to do" would have been to "leave him in a safe place and with company until a doctor arrived".
