Judge Arun Subramanian rejected the rapper’s gag order request, which would prevent government officials from leaking information about his case as he remains in jail, on Friday, October 25, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly. Prosecutors trying Diddy’s upcoming case filed a new legal motion on Friday, November 15, arguing that the disgraced rapper’s fourth bail attempt should be denied for allegedly trying to obstruct an investigation.
