Judge Denies L.A. DA Motion To Delay Menendez Brothers’ Resentencing Hearing; Defense Lawyer Accuses Prosecution Of Playing Politics With Case

LA County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman walks to talk to the press in front of the Van Nuys West Courthouse on April 17 before attending a resentencing hearing for Lyle & Erik Menendez.
