Sean Diddy Combs' second mistrial request was denied by judge Arun Subramanian
The defense’s argument was over the testimony of Cassie’ s friend Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, who alleged earlier this month that Diddy once dangled her over the balcony of a Los Angeles building and tossed her into patio furniture. Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, who has accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of dangling her off a balcony, took the stand in his sex trafficking trial on Wednesday, June 4. Prosecutors are asking Judge Arun Subramanian to limit Cassie’s time on the stand as her testimony hits day four in the trial of her ex-boyfriend Sean “Diddy” Combs.
