And no date has been set in Trump’s trial in Georgia, where he and a host of other defendants face racketeering and other charges related to efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in that state. That case has been delayed as a judge determined whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis had a conflict of interest after the disclosure of a romantic relationship with the special prosecutor, Nathan Wade. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted Trump on 34 counts last year, including charges of falsifying business records.
