Judge Backs Sony Over CBS in High-Stakes Battle Over ‘Wheel of Fortune’ and ‘Jeopardy’ Deals

A judge refused to grant an injunction, allowing Sony to take over distribution of 'Wheel of Fortune' and 'Jeopardy.'

A judge on Thursday allowed Sony to take over distribution of “ Wheel of Fortune ” and “ Jeopardy,” in a major blow to CBS, which has syndicated the lucrative shows for decades.
