The former Victoria's Secret model, 36, posed in a tan workout outfit consisting of bike shorts, a bralette and a hoodie; she was promoting the new sneakers The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alum carried a white Chanel purse and her blonde bob was artfully disheveled in the snaps. 'I was terrified to go into surgery, but as soon as it was done there was a huge sense of relief and freedom, I instantly knew that I made the right choice and I was so glad I trusted my intuition,' she explained.
