In 2022, the Naked Species swimwear co-founder underwent an explant with total capsulectomy procedure (costing $12K) at Dr. David Rankin's Aqua Plastic Surgery clinic in Jupiter, FL. Corrigan has been an outspoken advocate of breast implant illness which has a long list of symptoms including joint and muscle pain, adrenal fatigue, brain fog, unexplained skin rashes, dry eyes, and gastrointestinal problems.
