Joshua Jackson believes that ex Jodie Turner-Smith is being ‘unreasonable,’ an insider exclusively tells Life & Style amid their ongoing divorce battle.

In new court docs, the Agency star, 38, claims the actor, 46, has not paid her child support for their 4-year-old daughter, Juno, since they split in October 2023. The actress “ insists she gave Josh plenty of chances to step up and do the right thing and he’s refused, so now she’s playing hardball,” a source exclusively tells Life & Style. The Dawson’s Creek alum doesn’t see it that way at all though, adds the source: “Josh thinks Jodie’s being totally unreasonable and trying to take him to the cleaners out of spite.”
