Ex-Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer was sued for wrongful death Wednesday for allegedly running over and killing a pedestrian.
Ex- Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer was sued for wrongful death Wednesday for allegedly running over and killing a pedestrian in Los Angeles. According to the lawsuit, which was accompanied by video and still photography of the accident from the suing attorneys, Klinghoffer was allegedly on his phone while making a left turn and striking Israel Sanchez, 47, causing blunt-force trauma to the head. After Josh struck this pedestrian in the intersection, he immediately pulled over, stopped the car, called 911 and waited until police and the ambulance arrived.
