Josh Hartnett continues recent career revival in creepy first trailer for M. Night Shyamalan's new movie Trap as a doting dad with a deadly secret
Josh Hartnett is back with his most high-profile leading role in years in the new trailer for M. Night Shyamalan's upcoming thriller Trap.
The trailer for Trap arrives just over a year after Shyamalan's previous film, Knock At The Cabin, was released to largely positive reviews and a modest box office showing. Harnett's unveiled personality comes to the fore as he's shown in an eerie extreme closeup while bathed in blood-red light emanating from the stage while one of his eyes begins to twitch uncontrollably. However, from the mid-2000s on he mostly starred in low-budget movies as his commercial fortunes wained, though he has lately had a string of high-profile parts, including appearances in two films for director Guy Ritchie and in Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer.
