Josh Hall HITS BACK at Christina in new divorce filing as he seeks to stop sale of $4.5M Tennessee home
Josh Hall has hit back at Christina Hall in a new divorce filing after she put their Tennessee mansion on the market for $4.5M.
In court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, Josh filed a temporary emergency order to stop the sale of their Franklin, TN home (also known as Parker Branch). The home was purchased by Christina in February 2021, prior to their wedding, however Josh insists 'the community maintains an appreciation interest due to the paydown of the mortgage during marriage. The former couple agreed that Christina would enjoy 'exclusive use and possession' of their home in Newport Beach while Josh would be able to reside in Parker Branch, which also serves a short-term rental part-time, when it was not in use.
