Ahead of their appearances on Saturday Night Live this weekend, Josh Brolin and Ariana Grande featured in a series of promos for the upcoming episode. In one of the clips released Thursday, the pair were joined by cast member Chloe Fineman, who posed to Brolin: “I heard the rumor you were hooking up with your co-star.” The actor was quick to point out that he had simply written a poem for Timothée Chalamet (who plays Paul Atreides in sci-fi epic Dune: Part Two) and “it wasn’t anything more than that.” In response, Grande quips, “I think she was taking about the sandworm.” Yes, that sandworm. Grande — who first performed on SNL in 2014 then served as both host and musical guest in 2016 —will celebrate the recent release of her seventh studio album this weekend.
