Helmed this time by Krasinski's story co-creator Michael Sarnoski, A Quiet Place: Day One follows Eric (Quinn) and Sam (Nyong'o, 41) on the very first day extraterrestrial creatures come to Earth and unleash chaos in New York City, attacking any source of noise. Asked if he himself would survive in a real-life post-apocalyptic environment where making a sound can mean certain death, Quinn tells PEOPLE, "I doubt it, if I'm honest."
