According to court documents filed in California on November 5 and obtained by Us Weekl y, Form, 52, also must make a one-time payment of $100,000 to Brewster within 10 days. Per the custody agreement, the kids will stay permanently in the Santa Barbara area, allowing Form the ability to spend time with them.
