Team USA gymnast Jordan Chiles is pushing forward in her appeal of the controversial ruling that stripped her of a bronze medal at the 2024 Olympics

Chiles, 23, appeared on Good Morning America Tuesday, March 4, and discussed her mental state seven months removed from the controversial ruling at the Games. “It’s been really, really hard just to comprehend everything that’s been happening,” Chiles, 23, said during a Monday, November 11, appearance on Today, her first live TV interview since the 2024 Paris Olympics. The appeals asked the court to require CAS to re-open the proceedings and consider their audio and video evidence — which comes from the Netflix camera crews who were in Paris filming Simone Biles ’ docuseries, Rising — and allegedly disproves the timeline laid out in the initial ruling.
