JonBenét Ramsey Limited Series in Development at MTV Entertainment Studios, 101 Studios
A limited series about the murder of JonBenét Ramsey is currently in development at MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios, Variety has learned.
The official logline for the project states that it “details the mysterious death and the surrounding media frenzy in the murder of JonBenét Ramsey, a case that captivated an entire nation and left us with more questions than answers.” Ramsey was just six years old when she was murdered, with her body discovered in the basement of her family home in Colorado hours after her parents reported her missing. There have been numerous theories as to who killed her, including that it was a family member or someone who broke into the house, but the case is still officially open.
