Jonathan Majors' ex-girlfriend settles assault and defamation suit after his engagement to Meagan Good


Attorneys for Jabbari and Majors joinly filed a notice with the court to dismiss her lawsuit with prejudice.

Prior to the assault, Majors' career had been on an upswing, and he had secured a role as the title villain in Marvel's Kang Dynasty, but the studio dropped him after his conviction and canceled plans for the film. Jabbari, who is also a movement instructor, filed her lawsuit against Majors in March of this year, accusing him of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and malicious prosecution. Majors managed to avoid jail time but was sentenced to probation and ordered to complete a year-long domestic violence counseling program
