Jonathan Majors’ Domestic Violence Sentencing Postponed
Jonathan Majors will not be sentenced on Tuesday after his legal team filed various motions following his conviction on reckless assault charges.
Several media outlets filed a letter to the court in December arguing for the unsealing of the Molineux evidence, which Rolling Stone learned included other women’s testimonies about their alleged abusive relationships with Majors. The actor’s attorney, Priya Chaudhry, argued in court papers that unsealing the “unproven allegations” would cause “significant concrete harm” because “the media has already demonstrated that it has a near-insatiable appetite for salacious gossip concerning Mr. Majors.” The former Marvel star was found guilty in December of the misdemeanor charge of reckless assault in the third degree and a harassment violation following his high-profile domestic violence case with his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari.
