Jonathan Majors Reacts to Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom Replacing Kang
Jonathan Majors says he’s ‘heartbroken’ that Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom will be the next Marvel villain in the ‘Avengers’ franchise instead of his Kang the Conquerer
He continued, “I think it’s fair that Mr. Downey is being and has been greeted with patience and curiosity and love … and [he’s] being allowed to work [his] art and be creative at that level. Majors’ ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari accused the actor of physical abuse in March 2023, claims he vehemently denied at the time. “As proof of the unimaginable possibilities in the Marvel multiverse, we give you the one person who could play Victor Von Doom,” Joe Russo said during a Saturday, July 27, panel, revealing that Downey’s character will headline Avengers: Doomsday.
