Jonathan Majors “Heartbroken” Over Marvel Casting Robert Downey Jr. For ‘Avengers’ & Moving Away From Kang


Jonathan Majors shares his thoughts on Marvel Studios announcing Robert Downey Jr.'s return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the villain Dr. Doom.

The announcement at San Diego’s Comic-Con confirmed that Marvel was scrapping Avengers: Kang Dynasty, which was to focus on Majors’ villain introduced in 2023’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. Of course,” Majors told TMZ after they asked him if he was hurt over Marvel’s decision to pivot away from his character.
