Stewart opened the segment by saying he wanted to “check in on our good friend Democracy,” which itself has become a political buzz word as Trump looks to increase his executive power with each passing day. A news clip then played, which reported that Trump is “considering his options to serve a third term in office, a breach of the constitution’s two-term limit for president.”
