Jon Stewart Extends Deal to Host ‘Daily Show’ on Mondays Through December 2025


Jon Stewart has extended his deal to host 'The Daily Show' every Monday through December 2025.

After returning to the satirical news program in early 2024, Stewart has extended his deal and will host “The Daily Show” every monday through December 2025. Asked at the September Emmys if he planned to extend his deal with “The Daily Show,” Stewart quipped: “Well, my feeling is this election will never end. “Jon’s incisive intellect and sharp wit make him one of the most important voices in political and cultural commentary today,” said Chris McCarthy, co-CEO of Paramount Global.
