Jon Cryer Clarifies That Andrew McCarthy Is Now “A Prince” After Saying He Was A “D***” During ‘Pretty In Pink’

The Brat Pack has been through a lot but time has only strengthened their offscreen friendships.

“When we made Pretty in Pink, we didn’t get along because he was a d***,” said Cryer on a panel Friday with McCarthy, Ally Sheedy, and Demi Moore, according to Entertainment Weekly. Part of the Brat Pack — a term for a group of young actors of the 1980s who frequently appeared onscreen together — McCarthy explained at Friday’s premiere that he initially found the label “horrible,” but has since come around.
