According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, the musician helped persuade an unnamed woman come off the ledge of the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge, which spans Tennessee’s Cumberland River, and back to safety. Video posted by authorities appears to show Bon Jovi filming on the bridge with a crew and stopping when he sees the woman hanging off the ledge.
