Jon Bernthal seen covered in blood on set of Daredevil: Born Again in Brooklyn as he reprises his role as The Punisher for new Disney Plus series
The actor, 47, who first appeared as the vigilante for Netflix's Daredevil in 2016, has reprised his role for the Marvel Studios miniseries.
Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page) and Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson) are not coming back, though it's unclear if those characters simply won't be present or if Marvel will re-cast. Bernthal has been keeping plenty busy since then, with roles in films such as Ford Vs. Ferrari, Peanut Butter Falcon, Those Who Wish Me Dead, The Many Saints of Newark, King Richard and The Unforgiveable. The actor also stars in director Ava DuVernay's upcoming film Caste with Nick Offerman, Victoria Pedretti, Connie Nielsen, Vera Farmiga and Niecy Nash.
