JoJo Siwa turned heads on the iHeartRadio Music Awards red carpet on Monday night (April 1), pulling up to Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre in a sparkling glam rock outfit seemingly inspired by Kiss. Siwa replaced Nigel Lythroe, who stepped away from the show earlier this month amid a lawsuit by Paula Abdul accusing him of sexual assault.
