Johnny Mathis has cancelled forthcoming gigs and announced his retirement from touring at the age of 89. Following support and concern from fans, Mathis’s answered further questions about the prospect of filming his final concerts: Mathis has enjoyed a career lasting almost 70 years, and was the third-best selling artist of the 20th century, with hits including A Child is Born, All the Time, Chances Are and When Sunny Gets Blue.
