Johnny Depp Surprises Kids at Hospital with Visit Dressed as Jack Sparrow

Johnny Depp arrived as his 'Pirates of the Caribbean' character Captain Jack Sparrow at the Donostia University Hospital in Guipuzcoa, Spain, to surprise the young children after his latest film debuted at the San Sebastian Film Festival.
