Johnny Depp dressed up as his ‘Pirates of the Caribbean' character Captain Jack Sparrow during a recent trip to a children’s hospital
“From Osakidetza, and especially from all the staff of the Donostia University Hospital, we would like to express our infinite gratitude to Johnny Depp for his time, his support and his energy,” the facility wrote in Spanish via X on Thursday. Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl was released on June 28, 2003 — but it was only the beginning for Captain Jack Sparrow, Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann. The biopic, which is based on the Italian artist Amedeo Modigliani, stars Riccardo Scamarcio, Stephen Graham, Al Pacino and Antonia Desplat.
