Just over a month after John Owen Lowe and Lucy Hale sparked dating rumors, Lowe seemed to shut them down.
The 28-year-old actor and son of Rob Lowe was spotted leaving Tocaya Modern Mexican in Studio City with Hale in late June. While Hale, 35, has never publicly addressed the speculation, Lowe, who is promoting the new season of Unstable, debuting August 1, was asked about it on an appearance on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live. The dating speculation went all the way back to April, when Lowe celebrated his sixth year of sobriety in an Instagram post
