John Mulaney Was Duped by Fake Manager for Bone Thugs-N-Harmony

John Mulaney recounted how he was duped by someone posing as the manager for Bone Thugs-N-Harmony on the latest episode of 'Everybody's Live.'

John Mulaney opened the new episode of Everybody’s Live with a lengthy story about attempting to book an appearance by Bone Thugs-N-Harmony with someone who, apparently, doesn’t even work for them. “If you’re not familiar with ‘Tha Crossroads’ it was an enormous hit,” the comedian said, adding, “I cannot overstate how hugely popular it was with horned-up junior high kids at Catholic schools to grind with each other during the Clinton administration.” Soon, Mulaney found himself in a back and forth with the manager over money, including the band asking for $2,800 in cash for week-of expenses and pushing for a higher appearance fee upfront.
