John Krasinski Reveals Why He Never Has 'Dad Guilt' When Traveling for Work (Exclusive)

John Krasinski says there's no "mom or dad guilt" when he's parenting with wife Emily Blunt, noting that they're "in it together" while appearing on the podcast 'Pop Culture Moms.'

In an exclusive preview of the latest episode of the Pop Culture Moms podcast shared with PEOPLE, the actor and dad of two, 44, spoke with co-hosts Andie Mitchell and Sabrina Kohlberg about whether he has any "dad guilt" when away from his two daughters, Hazel, 10, and Violet, 7, whom he shares with wife Emily Blunt, 41, when traveling for work. And we've had many conversations with our kids, first and foremost being that when we have to go away for work, there are some people who don't geographically go away, but their parents' jobs take them away till 8 p.m. or 10 p.m. or you go on business trips over the weekend," he continues. Krasinski recalled being at home and watching his daughters “disappear into a magical world that we, as parents, aren’t allowed into,” he said.
