John Goodman displayed his 200lb weight loss as he arrived at John F. Kennedy airport with wife Anna Beth this week. The actor was dressed in a dark green sweatshirt, khaki pants, and matching sneakers.
Goodman was introduced to a 'Mediterranean-style eating plan,' which has a focus on fish, nuts, olive oil, vegetables and fruit. The actor has been open about his love of food, having said in the past to People: 'It takes a lot of creative energy to sit on your a*s and figure out what you're going to eat next. ' The following year he told ABC of his fitness trajectory: 'In the old days, I would take three months out, lose 60 or 70 pounds, and then reward myself with a six-pack or whatever and just go back to my old habits.'
