Joey Lawrence's estranged wife, Samantha Cope, broke silence on her divorce from the actor in an emotional Instagram clip uploaded on Saturday.
The mother-of-one officially filed for divorce from the Melissa & Joey star on August 13 after two years of marriage, citing 'irreconcilable differences' and listed the date of separation as June 7, 2024 In documents obtained by TMZ, Melina's estranged husband, Edward Rider - who filed for divorce in July - claimed that he discovered Alves and Lawrence were having an affair earlier this year in March. The insider expressed that Cope had wanted to attend marriage counseling, but Joey 'fooled their counselor' and would still 'get ready for dates with Melina while Sam watched, bawling her eyes out.'
