Joey King Signs With WME (EXCLUSIVE)
Joey King is now repped by WME.
The 24-year-old actor is best known for Netflix’s “The Kissing Booth” franchise, as well as Hulu’s true-crime series “The Act.” She scored an Emmy nomination for “The Act,” in which she portrayed Gypsy Rose Blanchard, who faced years of suffering and abuse as a result of her mom’s Munchausen syndrome by proxy. “My friend Phoebe Dynevor worked with an actor recently who said something very wise: ‘In order to have an extraordinary career, you must prioritize an ordinary life.’ That quote contextualized a feeling that I’ve always had,” King said. King, who was previously repped by UTA, continues to be managed by Anonymous Content and represented by The Lede Company and Hirsch Wallerstein Hayum Matlof and Fishman.
