Fitness fanatic Joe Wicks has described how he was left 'energised' after sampling his wife's breast milk before heading off to shake it out at a Taylor Swift gig. Chatting about the breast milk tasting on ITV's Good Morning Britain, Joe explained: "I don't do that everyday. It's sugary vanilla milk, it's really naturally sweet," Joe described, ensuring everyone knew, "Like I said, I'm not drinking it by the pint, it was a shot and that was it."
