Joe Manganiello, Sofia Vergara.Getty Images (2)According to documents obtained by TMZ on Friday, February 9, the former couple both waived their rights to alimony, and they will reportedly “keep the assets they accumulated individually over the course of their seven years together.” In August 2023, Vergara asked the court to enforce the former couple’s prenuptial agreement and for assets including artwork, jewelry and “other personal effects” to remain under her ownership. Since Us Weekly exclusively revealed that Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello were dating in July 2104, the stars have emerged as Hollywood's sexiest couple.
