Joe Locke Shares ‘Heartstopper’ Film Finale Update: “It’s A Really Nice Closing Chapter Of The Story”
Joe Locke is sharing an update on the Heartstopper film that will wrap up the Netflix series after a three-season run.
The actor said that he is in the middle of shooting the film that will close a chapter in the Charlie (Locke) and Nick (Kit Connor) love story. Heartstopper creator Alice Oseman, whose graphic books the coming-of-age romantic series was based on, is back as writer of the feature film, which will draw from the upcoming sixth and final volume of the graphic novel as well as the Nick and Charlie novella. “I’m so grateful to everyone who has worked hard to make this possible and to the incredible fans of Heartstopper for your patience and passion.
