Joe Jonas has officially sold his New York City condo in Manhattan's Nolita neighborhood for $5.36 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Jonas and his estranged spouse, 28, first quietly put the New York apartment on the market back in July, 2020 for $6.5 million, but have relisted it a handful of times over the years with price reductions.
