According to the official release, “Biden will discuss his legacy as he prepares to leave the White House following the inauguration of President-elect Trump, his five decades of public service, and economic and legislative accomplishments that will endure after his presidency.” Although previously stating he would not grant him a pardon, the 46th president cleared his son of all legal repercussions following gun-related felony charges in Delaware and tax evasion troubles in California.
