Jodie Sweetin Says She's 'Always Been' a Fierce Equality Advocate

'Full House' alum Jodie Sweetin explains how she's always been a voice for equality, standing against homophobia, racism and misogyny

She added, “I have never had a problem with being, like, ‘Yeah, we’re not doing that.’ I know that at people’s core, we are good [and] there are exceptions, obviously, but I think the majority of us want the same things and a one-on-one situation will help each other.” In 2020, she even took her two daughters — she shares Zoie with Cody Herpin and Beatrix with Morty Coyle — to a Black Lives Matter protest. Jodie Sweetin does not approve of her upcoming film being sold to Great American Family — the “traditional” network of former Full House costar Candace Cameron Bure.
