Jo Whiley brands Glastonbury 'a rollercoaster' as she praises festival medic for helping her soldier through coverage to complete presenting stint she's done since 1997 after losing her voice two hours in


The presenter, 58, breathed a sigh of relief as she completed her 27th year presenting Glastonbury, after battling a nasty virus.

Jo took to Instagram on Monday to summarise her experience and praised the festival medic for helping her to continue in her role as Glastonbury host, (pictured with Clara Amfo, 40) 'Special thanks to my Glasto radio & TV family for your hard work, love, support, producing, co-ordinating, driving, face painting & dressing up', she added Clara told viewers: 'I can confirm Jo Whiley has made every effort to preserve that iconic voice of her and I guarantee it will be back by the end of Glastonbury'.
