Jimmy Doherty is used to British farm life but for his brand-new ITV1 show, he's heading over to the Sunshine State to learn more about their delicacies overseas
However, the ITV1 series isn’t just a regular travel show for Jimmy – as he finally fulfilled his lifelong dream of ticking Florida off his list of must-see holiday destinations. And while most people tend to think of greasy burgers, over-sized portions and stacks of fries when they picture American food, Jimmy was delightfully surprised by Floridian kitchens’ unique twists on classic cuisine. Jimmy ate his strangest meal of the trip at Bradenton Beach with restaurateur Ed Chiles, who served him crab claws caught in a rather unorthodox way.
