Jimmy Carter Tribute Programming Planned For ABC & CBS After Former President’s Death
As the nation mourns Jimmy Carter following his death at age 100, networks are planning tributes to the 39th president of the United States.
Also on Sunday, ABC News will air Jimmy Carter: A Full Life – A Special Edition of 20/20 at 10:01pm ET, available to stream Monday on Hulu. NewsNation will also present a one-hour special report on the life and legacy of the late president, anchored by The Hill ‘s Blake Burman at 8pm ET. In hospice care for almost two years, Carter nevertheless survived long enough to vote in the most recent presidential election, as his grandson, Jason, said that he was determined to cast his ballot for Kamala Harris.
