Jimmy Barnes is still recovering from his latest hip surgery.
The rock star made a triumphant return to stage in October after his health struggles as he performed with his band Cold Chisel at The Entertainment Quarter. Carroll had grown up listening to Cold Chisel - an uncle who helped raise her played Flame Trees, Choir Girl and My Baby over and over whenever she stayed at his place. Katy Lee Carroll learned Barnes was her father five years ago and met him for the first time the night before a Cold Chisel concert in February 2020.
