Jim Jones Defends Drake’s UMG Lawsuit: ‘It’s Some James Bond Sh–‘
The Harlem rapper said Drake is wading into "dangerous" territory.
He then acknowledged that if Drake were suing Kendrick directly, the rap community “should be in an uproar,” before trying to compare this situation to Tracy Morgan’s 2014 Walmart lawsuit after the actor sued the retail giant over his semi accident. Jones has been in the news lately due to his back-and-forth with fellow Dipset member and old friend Cam’ron. He recently took to Instagram to announce that the track he teased addressing the situation will be released at the end of the month on Jan. 31 and that the wait was due to his label.
