Jim James, Mac DeMarco, and King Gizzard and the Wizard Lizard are featured on a compilation album to fundraise for wildfire relief in Los Angeles.
Mac DeMarco, King Gizzard & the Wizard Lizard, Jim James and the War on Drugs are just a few of the dozens of artists featured on a new benefit album released on Tuesday to help raise funds following the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles. “A‘super bloom’ refers to the stunning reveal of orange and red poppies, paper thin against the dark hillsides of our mountains after a long winter or particularly blackened earth,” Devine said in a statement. Taking place Thursday at the Kia Forum and Intuit Dome in Inglewood, the two venues will house performances from Billie Eilish, Joni Mitchell, Green Day, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, and many more artists.
